INFORMATION & ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Library: We are on TRACK A for library the week of  April 18th through April 22nd. 


Volunteer Sheet: Please enter your volunteers on this google doc. Michelle is handling all volunteer check in and clearance. Please check with her if you have any questions.

Soccer: Reminder that soccer balls will not be allowed on the blacktop, even when PE is on the field. 

Field Trip Health info: Just a refresher. We know that the timeline is less ideal at the moment. Please just be aware of health needs on field trips.



Hot Weather: Please remind your kids to drink more water as the weather warms up. 

Spring Break: If you would like to work in your classrooms over break, please text me or Richard. We need to make sure there is someone on campus to disarm the site. Work hours are from 6:30-2:30 and depends on custodial availability. 

TOSA Corner: I really just want to say THANK YOU for all of your work for and during our DTM’s. It has been a huge learning process for me as TK data was so different from most of yours. I have learned so much from all of you and look forward to getting even better at them next year. I hope that you all have an awesome, relaxing Spring Break. You all deserve it!! Only 28 days left!!






*iReady: The district window for the 3rd window is March 28th - May 6th

*Eating in The Barn: We are working on getting our kids back into The Barn for lunch. However, this will be a process as we not only have to train our kids, but also our staff. Please be on the look out for PBIS lesson to teach your kids and an implementation plan. Like with anything at OR, there are a lot of moving parts to something that sounds simple. 

**Staff Appreciation Dinner: Surprise! This year, PTC will be hosting a Staff Appreciation Dinner on May 5th from 5pm. Dinner will be held at Kitchen 747 for OR staff only. There will be an Evite coming out in the coming weeks to RSVP!
