*Volunteer Sheet: Please enter your volunteers on this google doc. Michelle is handling all volunteer check in and clearance. Please check with her if you have any questions.
Custodial Schedule: Here is a copy of the night custodial schedule. CLICK HERE

*Field Trip Health info: Just a refresher. We know that the timeline is less ideal at the moment. Please just be aware of health needs on field trips.

Hot Weather: Please remind your kids to drink more water as the weather warms up and send home information about appropriate summer attire.

TOSA Corner: I hope you all had an amazing spring break! To help students transition back to the class (and get us ready to finish the year strong), I am linking you to a great mindfulness resource, called Mind Yeti. If you’ve done all those Go Noodle breaks (and “Melting” just makes your kids crazier!), you may want to play these videos instead. The first video in the series describes the “hubbubs” and how it can dysregulate our bodies. The rest of the videos go over mindfulness strategies to calm on bodies, refocus, and be successful in class. Click on the Mind Yeti YouTube Channel to access this content! Probably perfect for kids TK-3rd, but I'm sure 4-5th can benefit from this as well.

Eating in The Barn: Please review the procedures with your classes for eating in the barn. We look to begin eating in there on May 9th.

*iReady: The district window for the 3rd window is March 28th - May 6th

**Staff Appreciation Dinner: Surprise! This year, PTC will be hosting a Staff Appreciation Dinner on May 5th from 5pm. Dinner will be held at Kitchen 747 for OR staff only. There will be an Evite coming out in the coming weeks to RSVP!

Next Staff Meeting: May 4th @ 3:00  ZOOM Link

**Please remember to check the LIVE Google Calendar as dates/times are subject to change.
