The OR Standard   We celebrate the everyday work, not just big events. A lot of what makes Orchard Ranch great happens in ordinary moments: a teacher helping a student through frustration, students encouraging one another, a class working together, or an adult making a connection with a child.  We should be looking for and celebrating those moments together. When you see these moments please be intentional and celebrate this. I'd love to hear your stories of how this is happening on campus.
