Safety Drill Questionnaire: Thank you for your feedback. Here is the summary. We will address the questions at the next staff meeting.

  • Drill Execution and Student Performance: The drill went well with clear announcements, and students understood what to do, successfully kept working, and experienced no issues in classrooms. It provided a great opportunity to discuss the difference between lockdown and secure drills.
  • Raptor App Performance Issues: Several experienced technical difficulties with Raptor, including being unable to log in, taking a long time to log in and load, failing to connect, or refusing to load entirely. Conversely, others reported that Raptor worked properly with no issues.
  • Procedural and Logistical Questions: Clarification is needed on whether students are expected to remain quiet during a secure drill. Additionally, a request was made to keep a key for Room 14 in the library in case it is unlocked again.
Conference Week: All conferences are to be in-person unless parents request to meet via Zoom/ Google meet. Please remember that we can not block Friday out.

Report Cards: Report cards must be sent home by Friday, November 20 or with parents at Parent Teacher Conferences. Printing report cards will be done by teachers. If you need a Spanish version for your families please see Michelle.
