First Two Weeks Commitments:

PLC Wednesday: 1:25 - 2:25pm in your Grade level teams. Please update your agendas with where you will be meeting.

Evacuation Drill: 09/10/25 @ 9:00am Evacuation Map

Walkies: Reminder to use Channel 2

  3. Bring walkie to duty and drills. Turn off in class.

iReady Window #1: August 11 - Sept 5th

RP Checkin:
On Thursday August 21st and Friday the 22nd I will be meeting with all teachers to do a quick check in to discuss our plans/ aspirations for the year ahead. A rover sub will support your class while we are meeting. I will send out the schedule next week.

Extra Supplies: If you have extra supplies, please DO NOT put them in the staffroom. Take a picture, email or Vox it out and have whoever wants it come pick it up from your classroom.

Front Drop Off Practice: Please practice with you kids the appropriate area to wait in the front. DO NOT go past the purple cones to get into your car. Must stay by the flag pole area.

Summer reimbursement: If you made a summer purchase for your classroom, we will reimburse you up to $150. Please have reimbursement form completed by August 28th. 

Lunch time: Please continue to walk you kids to their tables in the lunchroom. We can't even explain how much that has helped. Seeing the interaction/hand off to and with MDS helps the kids buy in to the adults are working together. 

Independent Study: Starts on August 18th. We have already received some requests. Parents should submit the contract at least 5 standard days before the start date. The contract can be 3 to a max of 15 days total for the year. Upon completion please upload copies of each subject  that was included and attach it to your signed form. We do not need to keep the original work. There will be some who omit the 5 day period, I will contact you to clear those. 

Library: Thanks to the help of our amazing MDS's, student curriculum pick up has begun.  Social Studies Checkout will begin Wednesday next week. Chromebooks will be checked out in the classrooms for all grades.

Library sign ups out next Wednesday, TK-1st grade 30 minute slot each week and 2nd-5th grade will be every other week.

Language Line: Please use the language line to talk with second language families. This greatly decreases anxiety and shows that extra relational support and effort. To use the language line, please see the quick reference guide. Click HERE.
