Early Pick-up procedure:

  • TK and Kindergarten:
    When a student in TK or Kinder is leaving early, an adult will come directly to the classroom to pick up the student and escort them back to the office.

  • 1st through 5th Grade:
    For students in 1st–5th grade, the office will call the classroom, and the student who is leaving should be accompanied by a responsible fellow student to the office for check-out.

Sparkler Update: Reminder Sparkler dues, $20 by Thursday, October 30th

Amira Reading Difficulties Risk Screener: K-2 will receive additional training and direction with next steps at their 10/31 PD.
Please wait until after October 31st to share any reports or information with families.

Library: Track B

Serena Out: Tuesday, October 28th till 10:30am at AP PLC

Richard Out: Wednesday, October 29th till 10:30am at TK - 6 planning committee 

October 31st PD Schedule: Please see the link for the PD day. If you have questions about where you need to be please reach out to Richard. For our PD day I'd like to invite you to dress up in your Halloween costume. There will be prizes for the most creative and best overall so bring your A game! 

RSP instructional assistants and 1:1 instructional assistants for students in General Education will be here with us at OR participating in our Restorative Practice training.

Report Cards: Report Card Prep is October 29, 2025. Report cards must be sent home by Friday, November 21. Printing report cards will be done by teachers. If you need a Spanish version for your families please see Michelle.

Room Parent Parties: If your Room parents choose to hold a party please have them create a list of items that can be donated to the party instead of collecting money from parents. Any questions in regards to this please see Richard.

Next Staff Meeting: Thursday, November 13th at 2:20pm in Staff lounge
