INFORMATION & ANNOUNCEMENTS:

(“*” Indicates the number of weeks it’s been in newsletter.)

PBIS Help: Click FORM for support.

PLC Monday: Click HERE for Grade Level Agendas

Bronco Blast FORM: Click HERE for the BBF.

PBIS: Remember to fill out BDRs for data purposes.

*Accident Reports: Instead of completing an office slip for an injury in the classroom, please just fill out the accident report. That will be their ticket to the office and hopefully streamline the process.

Pledge of Allegiance: Normally we do the Pledge over the loud speaker. Until we get that set up again, please make sure you do the Pledge in your classrooms every morning.

Fire Drill: Thursday 9/10 @ 9am!

Refer to the map by the door for the evacuation route. You need to grab small black 2-way radio. Make sure that the door is closed and locked before you leave. Walkie Talkies should always be on channel 1 for emergencies/drills.

When you are lined up with the class and parent volunteers, put on the orange vest and take roll to make sure you have all students. Make sure to check to see if you have any "extra" students. Do not speak into the radio until you are spoken to and use the script below to answer. When finished, say “over” and listen for more instructions. You may return to class when you hear a hi/low sound. Walkie Talkies should always be on channel 1 for emergencies/drills.

Remember:
1. Bring Backpack, walkie channel 1, and red or green card to signify class attendance.
2. Lock doors upon leaving. (This is so kids can't run back into a burning building, once you've cleared it.)
3. Students must walk and wait silently in a single file line.
4. Green Card: All students are accounted for. Red Card: Anything different (i.e. student in speech, missing, adult volunteer is with you.)

5. Wait for all clear signal to return to class.

Thank you:  I would like to thank all of you and especially Richard and the behavior team for working so hard while I was out. It's truly an incredible experience moving your child to college and I couldn't have been able to participate in it if it wasn't for all of you. I thank you and my family thanks you.
