Call home from class: If a child calls from class, please have them leave message to avoid panic calls to the office.
Care Room: This is now the indoor stage.
Custodial Needs: We have a lot of kids using soap and towels. They can be full in the morning and empty by the afternoon. Please be patient with custodial. Let us know if something needs to be filled.
Voxer: Sometimes we don't always have time to be cordial on voxer, but please try to use "please and thank you".
Early morning arrival: Custodians DO NOT arrive in the morning before 6:30. This means that the alarm is not turned off until 6:30.
Thanks for everyone's help with this, I appreciate it and so does the team who gets the early morning wake up calls
Art docents: We will be implementing the art docent program again this year. Please reach out to your families to find a docent for your class.
Lunch: Great job with inside lunch last week. As we have extreme heat, wind, rain or cold, we will be eating inside. Please do NOT feel like you have to stay in your class. We are working on hiring 2 more MDS. Please put that in your weekly newsletter and have them reach out to the front if they're interested.
Recess: Please train your kids to freeze and walk back to class after recess. No Running!
Masks: Please remember that masks are required inside when kids are present.
PTC Update:
- Friday Folders: We are working on getting folders to you all as soon as possible. We will let you know when they come in. Sorry for the delay.
- Spirit Wear: Unfortunately, the vendor that was used last year went out of business. We are in the process of finding a new one. There will be spirit wear hopefully sooner rather than later.
PLC Monday: We will be meeting in the barn at 1:50.
