INFORMATION & ANNOUNCEMENTS:

(“*” Indicates the number of weeks it’s been in newsletter.)

PBIS Help: Click FORM for support.

PLC Monday: Click HERE for Grade Level Agendas

Bronco Blast FORM: Click HERE for the BBF.

Programs allowed on Campus: Remember to fill out BDRs for data purposes.

Accident Reports: Instead of completing an office slip for an injury in the classroom, please just fill out the accident report. That will be their ticket to the office and hopefully streamline the process.

School Site COVID Changes from the DO:

  • Beginning on Monday, please let your staff know that staff rooms will be closed.

    • This closure ensures that multiple staff members would not have to go home if exposed to COVID.

    • Staff is welcome to eat together in other rooms, as long as they are at least 6 feet apart.

    • Eating outside would be the best option, but we understand the constraints with lack of space and students out at the same time.

    • RTA is aware of the staff room closures.

  • We are working on increasing our tracing capacity.

    • We understand the daunting time consumption on office staff and are trying to hire and train other staff to assist with the tracing.

    • With the rapid increase in cases, hiring and training staff is unfortunately not an immediate solution and will take some time to increase our capacity.

    • Please share this information with your office staff and thank them for their time and energy!

  • We are advertising for parents/guardians/community members to become substitute teachers.

    • It is a free permit this year.

    • The CBEST is waived this year for most college degrees.

*Staff: Please try to physically distance yourselves as much as possible. We're just barely hanging on. Thank you.

*YouTube Approval: Click HERE for access (Internal Use ONLY)

Josh Out: I will be moving my daughter into her dorm room in Arizona 8/31 to 9/3. Richard and our new TIC Dakota will be in charge.
