Conference Week Schedule:
- Please continue to follow regular yard duty schedules for this week.
- Conference Lunch:
- Kindergarten will go to lunch by themselves and will be picked up by their parents from their classrooms.
- Grades 1-5 will all go to lunch together and be excused from lunch to go home. Please have students pack their bags and set them outside the room. If it rains, please have students pack up, but leave bags in their rooms.
- Grades 1-5 will be eating lunch outside all week. Because of a long lunch line and a short lunch, students are encouraged to bring lunch or eat when they go home. Please let parents know this. Once student finish lunch, they can go play.
- Staff meeting cancelled next week!

Trimester 2 Yard Duty Schedule: After talking with the PLC Leadership team, we have solidified a new yard duty for the 2nd Trimester. We have eliminated a duty in the AM. My apologies for changing it, but this allows for a more equitable duty schedule. Pending any further changes, this will be the schedule for the 3rd Trimester too. If you need to switch with someone, please let me know after you've spoken to the other person. This will begin when we return from break on 11/27. Yard Duty Schedule
*Conferences: IMPORTANT! Just in case I don't get a chance to tell you in person, this is our FIRST conference week. This sets the precedent for how OR parents feel when talked to about their child. Please make sure you demonstrate and communicate that...
- We care!
- We listen!
- We are PARTNERS in their child's education!
- We are doing everything we can to support them and their child!

**Recess: Students should freeze when they hear the bell. When everyone is frozen and ready, teacher blows whistle and student must WALK to their classes.
**Classroom Clean: Night custodians only have 20 min in your classroom to do what they need to do on their schedule. If you have a student or a case of students who are really sick and you would like a table wipe down, please fill out a custodial request for table wipe down in the evening. Please keep in mind that the table wipe down may affect the cleaning of something else in your room for that evening. Thank you for understanding.
