Site Safety feedback: Please could you share the ideas that you feel we should be focussing our efforts to improve our site safety by completing this Google Form by Friday, September 18th. This is for whole school initiatives, not for things that Maintenance & Facilities have been asked to fix in a Work Order.

PBIS Training: Monday, Sept 14th - (Richard, Serena & Paige out) Kari Choy is Teacher In Charge and will have a sub. Please support her whenever you have an available moment.

Hearing Screening: Monday, Sept 14th. K, 2, 5

PTC Dine Out: Monday, Sept 14th at Moksa Barrelhouse from 5 - 9pm

WPHS Football Players: They will be with us on Tuesday, Sept 15th from 8:40 - 9:40.

Kona Ice: After school on Tuesday, Sept 15th

Public Works Training: All Public School Works training is due this coming Tuesday, September 15th. Employees who started after August 3rd may have additional time, based on their start date.

Richard Out: Wednesday, Sept 16th at the DO for Leadership

PLC Progress Report Prep: Wednesday, Sept 16th. Progress reports go home Friday, Sept 25th.

Staff meeting: Thursday, September 17th at 2:20pm in the staff lounge

RCSD Board: Thursday, September 17th at the District Office - 6pm

K/1 ESGI Beginning of the Year: Please enter the beginning of the year reading data in ESGI by September 18th.

iReady Growth Monitoring Week: September 21st through 25th. 

First Safety Drill: Monday, September 21st - Evacuation drill at 8:45am

New MacBooks: Please see the link in the Educator Blog for important steps on how to get ready.

Starstruck: Please make sure your families know when the performance night for your class will be. Click here for the schedule. Students are required to stay for both performances on their night.

Duck Challenge: Don't forget to send me your Duck photos. I'll share them with the staff whenever I receive them. Thank you Denise, Brooke and Michelle for the new pictures.

Happy Birthday - Amy 10/29, Heather, Lisa and Michelle 10/30 Early Pick-up procedure: TK and Kindergarten: When a student in TK or Kinder is leaving early, an adult will come directly to the classroom to pick up the student and escort them back to the office. 1st through 5th Grade: For students in 1st–5th grade, the office will call the classroom, and the student who is leaving should be accompanied by a responsible fellow student to the office for check-out.
