VESTS while on duty, BADGES at all times & Doors ALWAYS Locked!

If you leave your classroom with your students, please take your charged Walkie Talkie with you and have it turned on to Channel 2.

We celebrate the everyday work, not just big events.
A lot of what makes Orchard Ranch great happens in ordinary moments: a teacher helping a student through frustration, students encouraging one another, a class working together, or an adult making a connection with a child.

We should be looking for and celebrating those moments together. When you see these moments please be intentional and celebrate this. I'd love to hear your stories of how this is happening on campus.
