Traffic Flow & Bottlenecks:
If you are in a portable, please have your line walk in front of the RM 32 - 35 portables and then follow along the fence line around the bark box and enter the evacuation site from the gate side. The rest of the classes in the main buildings will continue as normal.
If you are in Rooms 6, 7, 8 & 9 let's try to take your class through your pods and then through rooms 13, 12, 11 and 10. That way we will make space for TK and Haydu's Kinder to continue their normal route.
Procedural Clarifications: Please complete your attendance check and hold up your green or red paper before your enter details into Raptor.
Raptor Access: Please ensure that there is a up-to-date roster in your Red backpack. If you are out and your sub needs to take roll then they have access to that. Include these details in your sub plans.
We will try this changes at our February 25th Evacuation drill and adjust from there if needed.
