*Student Engagement walkthroughs: As Serena and I work on our own learning and growth as instructional leaders, we will be collaborating with Angela Garcia during some of our walkthroughs. You may see us together in your classroom, looking for trends and themes around student engagement. This work will help us in our learning around Tier I instruction and no teacher names will be written down. Thank you for allowing us to grow with you.
*Second Step: Please continue to be working through your second lessons. We will be sending out grade level progress reports to you shortly. You should be in the 50%-60% completion range at this point in the year.
*After School Duty: Remember to stay at your gate until all kids are gone. If they are all gone before 2:25, please make your way to another gate to support. If you have a student with you until 2:25, please close your gate and walk them up to the office and sign them in ont he clipboard for us to call home.
**BDR: Please ensure you are filling out BDR's and the Internalizing Behaviors Form if needed. We know there are a bunch of behaviors popping up but we need to have data to ensure we can provide the right Tier 2 behavioral intervention. Next month, we are looking to start another round of groups and we need the data to support putting them in the correct group.
**Field Trip: With field trip permission slips moving towards Parent Square, the front office will create a list of student with emergency contact for you on your trip.
