PLC Wednesday: In your classrooms.


Custodial Schedule: 
 


Fire Drill: 2/17 @ 9am

Lock Down Drill: Drill #2/3 will be on 2/28 @ 1:15pm 

Library: No library because of book fair.

Staff Meeting: February 7th in the staffroom. May need to bring a chair. Not sure though. We're trying this out. 

WPHS Students: They will return in 2023. We are waiting on confirmation of when they will begin.

*Bronco: We are looking for people to help spread the cheer of Bucky the Bronco. Please complete this form if you are willing to share the wonderful opportunity of being our mascot. CLICK HERE



*Right at School After School Program: OR is piloting, with 3 other schools, the new Extended Learning Opportunity program beginning on 2/6/23. The Program is being run by the company Right at School. It will take place in The Barn every day after school until 6:00pm and during breaks. Obviously this raises come challenges. We are working through those with the district. Thank you for your flexibility. 

Milk
As of Monday (2/6), if a student would like milk, they will need to go through the line to get two more meal components from the salad bar (fruit and vegetable). If those students don't want those two items from the salad bar they then put them in the sharing basket. 

Sparkler Updates:

Welcome back Stephanie Sage! 

Baby Fontana(2/21-2/24): We will be celebrating baby girl Fontana the week of February 21st-24th. Sparkler will be gifting her a gift card on behalf of Orchard Ranch Staff. If you would like to also give her something, here is her registry

Next Happy Hour (3/2): Thank you to those that came out for the February HH! Come to Kitchen 747 on March 2nd at 2:26pm. RSVP on the google calendar invite. We hope to see you there! :)

PTC Updates:

The next PTC meeting is on February 21st @6:30pm. Click here to sign up!


Tables: The last set of tables have been delivered! Now each classroom has a table. Yay!


$100 Teacher Reimbursement: PTC has approved a $100 reimbursement for items purchased for your classroom. Teachers can fill out a paper copy and turn it into the PTC box or email a digital copy to Duane at orchardranchptc@gmail.com.

Skate Night(2/15): The next skate night is February 15th. The theme is glow/neon night. This event is open to all families and costs $10 per skater. PTC will cover the cost for any teacher who wants to attend. Please add your name to the date you will be attending so they know you're coming!
