Custodial Schedule:
Fire/Evacuation Drill: DATE CHANGE 2/22 @ 9am
Lock Down Drill: Drill #2/3 will be on 2/28 @ 1:15pm
Library: Track B
Staff Meeting: February 21st in the staffroom.
WPHS Students: They will return in 2023. We are waiting on confirmation of when they will begin.
Report Cards:
- 3/7: All grades done by 3 pm
- 3/8: Preview shared
- 3/9: Any changes need to be made by 8am. Final will be shared by Noon
- 3/10: Report Cards emailed to parents from the DO (you are more than welcome to print and send them home as well but we will email for everyone)
Essential Standard Pacing Guides: As mentioned Wednesday, please continually go over these guides during PLC. They are the foundation for what we are working on and towards. We've included a tab at the top of the BLOG for quick access. Please also link to the top of your PLC Agendas.
- Trimester 2 & 3 should be completed by March 8th.
- April PD We will be starting Trimester 1 to be prepared for the start of the next school year.
*Sub Plans: Please add that you have duty in the mornings to your sub plans, so they arrive a few minutes early. Subs are arriving at 7:30 thinking they have 15 min to prep. Thank you.
*Chromebook cost: Please make sure you remind your families they they are responsible and that we sign out the devices to a student. They are responsible.
*Milk
As of Monday (2/6), if a student would like milk, they will need to go through the line to get two more meal components from the salad bar (fruit and vegetable). If those students don't want those two items from the salad bar they then put them in the sharing basket.
Sparkler Updates:
Baby Fontana(2/21-2/24): We will be celebrating baby girl Fontana this week(21st-24th). Sparkler will be gifting her a gift card on behalf of Orchard Ranch Staff. If you would like to also give her something, here is her registry.
Next Happy Hour (3/2): Thank you to those that came out for the February HH! Come to Kitchen 747 on March 2nd at 2:26pm. RSVP on the google calendar invite. We hope to see you there! :)

$100 Teacher Reimbursement: PTC has approved a $100 reimbursement for items purchased for your classroom. Teachers can fill out a paper copy and turn it into the PTC box or email a digital copy to Duane at orchardranchptc@gmail.com.
