INFORMATION & ANNOUNCEMENTS:


PLC Wednesday: In your classrooms.


Custodial Schedule: 
 


Fire Drill: DATE CHANGE 2/22 @ 9am

Lock Down Drill: Drill #2/3 will be on 2/28 @ 1:15pm 

Library: Track A

Staff Meeting: February 21st in the staffroom. 

WPHS Students: They will return in 2023. We are waiting on confirmation of when they will begin.

Sub Plans: Please add that you have duty in the mornings to your sub plans, so they arrive a few minutes early. Subs are arriving at 7:30 thinking they have 15 min to prep. Thank you.  




Chromebook cost: Please make sure you remind your families they they are responsible and that we sign out the devices to a student. They are responsible. 

*Milk
As of Monday (2/6), if a student would like milk, they will need to go through the line to get two more meal components from the salad bar (fruit and vegetable). If those students don't want those two items from the salad bar they then put them in the sharing basket. 

Sparkler Updates:

Welcome back Carli! 

Baby Fontana(2/21-2/24): We will be celebrating baby girl Fontana the week of February 21st-24th. Sparkler will be gifting her a gift card on behalf of Orchard Ranch Staff. If you would like to also give her something, here is her registry. 

Next Happy Hour (3/2): Thank you to those that came out for the February HH! Come to Kitchen 747 on March 2nd at 2:26pm. RSVP on the google calendar invite. We hope to see you there! :)

PTC Updates:

The next PTC meeting is on February 21st @6:30pm. Click here to sign up!


Skate Night(2/15): The next skate night is February 15th. The theme is glow/neon night. This event is open to all families and costs $10 per skater. PTC will cover the cost for any teacher who wants to attend. Please add your name to the date you will be attending so they know you're coming! 


$100 Teacher Reimbursement: PTC has approved a $100 reimbursement for items purchased for your classroom. Teachers can fill out a paper copy and turn it into the PTC box or email a digital copy to Duane at orchardranchptc@gmail.com.

Library:   Track A NEXT Staff Meeting: 4.24.25 @ 2:20 5.1.25 meeting moved to 4.24.25 Drills: Lockdown: 4/10 @ 9:00 Evacuation: 4/22 @ 10:30am 5/13 @ 1:00pm Open House: I cannot express how impressed I am with our entire staff during open house. What a great vibe at the event. Your hard work shows when we have SO MANY returning students coming to our open house. As always, GREAT job!!!! Fire Inspection: We never had out fire inspection of winter break. We are scheduled for April 15th over spring break. Please make sure nothing is on the doors, fire extinguishers aren't blocked by stuff or furniture, and hanging lights and extension cords aren't being used during the inspection.
