PLC Wednesday: Meet in classrooms.

Fire Drill: We will be conducting another drill this month and using Raptor. Date TBD.

PD Day: We nee your help!! We are trying to have our own small choose your PD day on the 1st. If you have something that you think OR would benefit from, please let Josh and Richard know this week.


Parents on Campus: Gates are closed and we are a closed campus for most of the day. However, gates are open after school, so parents can help find their kids, their items, etc. In your emails to parents let them know that scheduling an appointment is encouraged so that you can give them all of your attention.


*Conferences (Zoom): Teachers are expected to be on site during conferences. They are expected to be in person. You may offer zoom to parents, if they can't make it to the classroom. For the safety of everyone, please try to schedule you later night(s) the same as your teammates.

PTC
Grade Level Update Form: Please have one person from each grade level fill out THIS form. We will be sharing this information at the PTC meeting (10/18). They love to hear all about what you're doing and what's coming up. 


PTC Meeting(10/18): Our next general meeting is on Tuesday, October 18th at 6:30pm. If you can attend a meeting, please sign up here. We hope you can join us!


Trunk or Treat Festival(10/21): PTC is hosting our annual Trunk or Treat Festival on October 21st. Candy donations are accepted in the office to help run this event. If you are interested in having a trunk or hosting a carnival game, click HERE. There are still spots available!


Sparkler:
Boss's Day(10/17): Monday, October 17th is Boss's Day. Sparkler will be providing Richard and Josh with gift cards to their favorite restaurant. Thank you both for all you do! We appreciate you!!

Get Well Soon: On behalf of Orchard Ranch, we will be sending a Doordash gift card to Stephanie Sage. We are thinking of you, Stephanie!

Next Happy Hour (11/3): Come to Kitchen 747 to celebrate the end of trimester one on November 3rd at 2:26pm. RSVP on the google calendar invite. So far we have 8 staff members attending. We hope to see you there!
