PLC Meeting: 10.11.20 @ 2:25. Work on classes. See below.

Articulation Protocol: We're going to try and make this as simple as possible. Hopefully. Please have these classes to Crystal by end of day Tuesday. Crystal has placed class lists in your PLC leaders box. You will notice a couple papers. Current class lists and class numbers. She also placed a key for what the colors mean.
  • Dissolve the champion teachers class into the hybrid classes.
  • Divide up students into AM/PM.
  • Use Key to to divide up students. 
    • Keep siblings together. 
    • Keep request for families at Chilton.
  • Communicate with Becki and Hermina about RSP/Speech students and possible groupings.
SSP: Information about SSPs will begin coming your way. Also, be on the look pout for DTM sign up times. 

Josh Out: Thank you to everyone for continuing to work so hard while I was out. I truly appreciate everything you guys do to make OR an incredible place to work.

REMINDER:  VESTS while on duty, BADGES at all times, & Doors ALWAYS Locked! Happy Birthday:  Dylan 8/9 First Two Weeks Commitments: PLC Wednesday: 1:25 - 2:25pm in your Grade level teams. Please update your agendas with where you will be meeting. Evacuation Drill:  09/10/25 @ 9:00am  Evacuation Map Walkies: Reminder to use Channel 2 Voxer first Phone or walkie next Bring walkie to duty and drills. Turn off in class. Assessment Calendar: iReady Window #1: August 11 - Sept 5th RP Checkin: On Thursday August 21st and Friday the 22nd I will be meeting with all teachers to do a quick check in to discuss our plans/ aspirations for the year ahead.
