Copier: The library copier/scanner/printer/fax is up and working and is located in the store room next to the library where we used to store the Chromebooks. Please use the outside door to access the machine. This machine is only to be used by staff. Parents are to be using the machines in the front office. Please remember there is a copy limit on these machines.

Staff Meeting: This will be held in Lindsey Sutter's room 33

Voxer: Remember, our new direction with voxer protocol.

  • Orchard Ranch Thread: School-wide business. This thread is only used during contract hours. Please side vox as much as possible to alleviate congestion.
  • OR After Hours: Not related to business. This thread can be used at anytime and can be muted.

Derk working on writing.
*AESOP: Please put your absence into AESOP ASAP. For example, if you're not feeling well the evening before, please input your absence that night. It's easier for us to cancel the sub than to get a sub last minute.
Board President Julie Constant

*Independent Study: In your messages home, please explain independent study and that they should request the paperwork 2 weeks prior to the vacation. We've had a lot of families requesting paperwork for a vacation a couple of days before. Obviously, if they are sick or something happens out of their control, it won't be 2 weeks. Thank you.

**Bus Students: Please make sure to send your bus riders to Julie Liberator at dismissal (2:00pm and 3:13pm). If you have duty after school, sending a couple minutes early is alright please just go over procedures with those students on how to wait patiently and quietly.  Thank you.
