Staff Music: Please complete the linked Staff Music googledoc. Your playlist will be played in the staffroom throughout the year. It's also in the Team Drive.

Adjunct Site Committee list: We all make up this community so it takes all of us to make it run. I've assigned adjunct duties based on conversations we've had and position help last year. With so many people, we have some BIG committees, so if there's another one we'd like to start, please let Josh know. If you would like to swap, talk with that person and email Josh for approval. Teacher/Staff On-boarding: If you are new to OR, I will be assigning you an out of grade-level on boarding buddy you can reach out to for help.
Chromebooks and iReady: Next week, we will be designating chromebooks for classes and PODS. With all of the movement, we aren't sure where we are at with those. iReady window is open, but please hold off a few day until we get the chromebooks ready. It will be not later than Wednesday.
Sign-up for HELP: Jessica Brooks (VP at Buljan) would like to offer her son's services in the mornings. Both of her boys attend here and are a great help. I encourage you to use James as much as you can. CLICK HERE
Email List: This is the email list I use to share information with grade-levels and the site. It's easier for me to see it this way than to type them all individually. Feel free to use it. It's also in the Team Drive.
Clorox/Lysol: No Clorox or Lysol is allowed in classrooms to clean. Thank you.
Vests/Walkies: These should be worn and used on every duty. If you don't have one, please let Rene know.

Helping with Kids: Thank you for being on duty every duty. Remember, when helping with kids, introduce yourself before taking them from parents. Many don't know who we are and we want them to make sure we aren't strangers.
Young Families: Remember, we have many young families out here and school is a brand new experience. It will take a little patience to train them.
POD: Please make sure the POD is also free of unnecessary debris. These areas need to be deep cleaned too.
