INFORMATION & ANNOUNCEMENTS:



PLC Wednesday: Meet in Staffroom @ 1:25 to discuss RtI

Evacuation Drill: 8/17/23 @ 9:00am Evacuation Map

Walkies: We are now on Channel 2
  1. Voxer first
  2. Phone or walkie next
  3. Bring walkie to duty and drills. Turn off in class.

Extra Supplies: If you have extra supplies, please DO NOT put them in the staffroom. Take a picture, email or vox it out and have whoever wants it come pick it up from your classroom.

Front Drop Off Practice: Please practice with you kids the appropriate area to wait in the front. DO NOT go past the purple cones to get into your car. Must stay by the flag pole area.

Summer reimbursement: If you made a summer purchase for your classroom, we will reimburse you up to $100. Please have reimbursement form completed by August 31st. 

Lunch time: Please continue to walk you kids to their tables in the lunchroom. We can't even explain how much that has helped. Seeing the interaction/hand off to and with MDS helps the kids buy in to the adults are working together. 

Independent Study: Starts on August 17th. We have already received some requests. Parents should submit the contract at least 5 standard days before the start date. The contract can be 3 to a max of 14 days total for the year. Upon completion please upload copies of each subject  that was included and attach it to your signed form. We do not need to keep the original work. There will be some who omit the 5 day period, I will contact you to clear those. 

Library: Thanks to the help of our amazing MDS's, student curriculum pick up will begin Tuesday, Aug 15th.  Unfortunately, Social Studies has not arrived.  As soon as I get confirmation on the delivery date, I will let you know.

Chromebook check out will begin the week of the 21st.  For K- 2nd, I will come to you to check out. 3rd-5th, we will need to schedule a time to come to the library for check out.  

Library sign up sheet will be out next week. We will continue on an A-B schedule with TK-1st coming in 30 minutes week A and 15 minutes for week B.  2nd-5th will be 30 minutes every other week with a weekly time slot for book exchanges.
