INFORMATION & ANNOUNCEMENTS:


Library: We are on track A is this week for library this week. Please return all library books the day before!

  • Please return all unused consumables to the library asap. We are doing required to do a site inventory which is time sensitive.

Fire Inspection: The alarms will be tested on 9/30. Shouldn't take too long.

Surveillance Testing: Fridays 12:15 to 3:15 in the health office.


Shelter in Place FORM: Click Here for any questions you have with regards to our lockdown drill. Thank you for all your help with the lockdown drill. That drill was a SHELTER in PLACE Drill. I referred to it as a lockdown in the message. We will be making some changes in procedures for the next one. We are also the test site for conducting drills through RAPTOR. We'll keep you updated.

Traffic Control: Just wanted you all to know, so you can let parents know if they ask, we have been working with the city about traffic control on the Adventure club side and the 4 way stop by the park. We will continue to keep you updated.

VESTS while on duty, BADGES at all times, & Doors ALWAYS Locked! Happy Birthday - Amy 10/29, Heather, Lisa and Michelle 10/30 Early Pick-up procedure: TK and Kindergarten: When a student in TK or Kinder is leaving early, an adult will come directly to the classroom to pick up the student and escort them back to the office. 1st through 5th Grade: For students in 1st–5th grade, the office will call the classroom, and the student who is leaving should be accompanied by a responsible fellow student to the office for check-out. REMINDER:  VESTS while on duty, BADGES at all times, & Doors ALWAYS Locked! Happy Birthday:  Dylan 8/9 First Two Weeks Commitments: PLC Wednesday: 1:25 - 2:25pm in your Grade level teams. Please update your agendas with where you will be meeting. Evacuation Drill:  09/10/25 @ 9:00am  Evacuation Map Walkies: Reminder to use Channel 2 Voxer first Phone or walkie next Bring walkie to duty and drills. Turn off in class.
