Volunteer NEXT STEPS:

  • Art Docent: Complete
  • Office Prep Volunteers
    • Please inquire with your families who would be willing to do prep work for your grade level. Please no more than the amount of classes you have. i.e. We have 5.5 kinders so no more than 6 possible volunteers.
    • Volunteers must have a vaccination card, or negative test within 6 days of visiting, their TB test, livescan and Category 1 or 2 volunteer form completed. All must be turned into the office.
    • Once you have your volunteers please make/find a designated time to train them on the machines.
    • Once they have their paperwork and training completed, they can begin doing volunteer work in the office ONLY.
  • Regular in class volunteers: TBD
Tower Goal: We met our next tower goal: Character dress up day will be on Friday 10/29.

*Remember Little's Listen: Please be aware of COVID conversations you have in your classroom or even what you are saying to the class. Much like political conversation, they get parroted back home. Some parents haven't had any conversations with their kids and it's a hot topic. We just want kids to feel safe and secure.

*8:10-8:25 Expectations: There's a wide range of things you can do at this time. The key is to provide options for our kids. Please try to stay away from just one thing.

Some options include:

  • iReady
  • Coloring
  • Work sheets
  • Read the room
  • May do's
  • Write nice notes to friends/classmates
  • Active kids can run errands to other rooms/teachers
  • Have morning jobs

PLC Monday: Meet with your PLCs

PBIS Lunch Challenge: Due to the weather we will continue with the Lunch Challenge next week. If your class is currently leading then feel free to provide them with a little extra gratitude at the end of the day today.

**Please remember to check the LIVE Google Calendar as dates/times are subject to change.
