Duty Expectations: 
  • Vests must be worn
  • Be on time
  • Move around the yard

Printer Ink: We are working on having the printer in Dakota's room moved over the summer. Reminder, we have PODS that have used many in cartridges and PODS that haven't used any. Please remember that POD printers are for one off printable. Multiple copies must be made on the big copiers or RISO. We will explore the idea of a 2nd RISO.


Teacher Who Makes a Difference: It's that time of year to celebrate teachers who make a difference. Please complete this FORM to nominate a teacher who makes a difference at OR. 

Culture Club 19/20: We are getting HUGE. Culture Club 19/20 is going to have 2 leaders from each grade-level attend CC meetings. This will help with communication and if someone is unable to attend. Please talk with your teams to select your CC representatives.

SSC Meeting: 4/8 @ 3:15 Survey Review

First Responders day: 4/12 from 9-11

Parking Lot Safety: I need a crew to help in the parking lot for a couple of days after school. If you're available, please let me know. 

Kitchen Dishes: Thank you for your help keeping our kitchen area clean. We are working on getting drying rags, scrubbers and soap to help out. 

*Fire Drill: 4/23 @ 1:30

*Alarms:  We will now be charged as a site for any false alarms that go off at night or over the weekends. If you would like a review or training on how to disarm the alarms, please let me know. 

Custodial Cleaning: Below is the AB schedule for cleaning. The days flipflop weekly. I will work to include the schedule in each BLOG. To help with cleaning, please make sure chairs are stacked and large debris is picked up. This will ensure a cleanlier classroom.

Happy Birthday - Amy 10/29, Heather, Lisa and Michelle 10/30 Early Pick-up procedure: TK and Kindergarten: When a student in TK or Kinder is leaving early, an adult will come directly to the classroom to pick up the student and escort them back to the office. 1st through 5th Grade: For students in 1st–5th grade, the office will call the classroom, and the student who is leaving should be accompanied by a responsible fellow student to the office for check-out.
