Presentations: Thank you all for presenting what you're doing in RtI and how you're progressing toward your goals. One big take away I had was the support across grade-levels that is available to you. We will continue having discussions on how to improve our support of both struggling students and high-achieving students.

Fire Inspection: Until further notice, please remove all paper products from doors and furniture from around the fire extinguishers. Thank you.

Comfort Food: Thank you to those who were able to make it out the the Roseville Foundation's Comfort Food Cook-off! It was great fun and lots of yummy food. Special thank you to our PTC for supporting this cause and donating the food.

Walkies and Vests: Please remember to always wear your orange vests on duty. We are teaching kids to look for orange vests when they need help. You should also always have your walkie on duty or when you leave your classroom. This allows for us to better communicate with you if you're not in your classroom. Thank you.

Computer Update: Just a quick reminder, our Information Systems Technician team will be at your site this week to update teacher laptops, and deploy Google File Stream.


Wednesday, February 14th at Orchard Ranch

File Stream is Google's new name for Drive. Nothing within your existing Google Drive folder will change. However, File Stream requires an Operating System update before it can be installed.

A technician will be in their classroom on the date assigned above for our site to update their laptops. Each update should take no more than an hour, and each technician will have a spare laptop on them should the teacher need a device during that time.

Another reminder, to speed up the process, please move any files from their local hard drive, downloads folder, or desktop to their Google Drive, and then remove the items from your
local hard drive, downloads folder, or desktop.

Josh afternoons: We have limited coverage for my mom this week and next, so I will not be available after 4pm. If you need something, please Vox, email, or call me. I will 


*Issues/Challenges: If there's a challenging situation going on and you think I may get a parent call/email, please let me know. That way I can know about it and support you before hand and get ahead of it.

  Orchard Ranch Blog 4.8.24 PLC Wednesday:   Progress report prep April 10th at 1:10pm. Library:   Track A  Staff Meeting: 4.11.24 at 2:25pm Lockdown Drill: Drill happening 4.11.24 at 9:40am Solar Eclipse: There is a solar eclipse happening on April 8th. An announcement will be made to head outside with the glasses around 10:45am Everyone come out for viewing View through glasses and then return to class Lunch procedures will be as normal *Please wait to pass out the glasses until the viewing time Software Survey: Please fill out this survey to help us plan for future purchases.   Orchard Ranch Blog 5.28.24 End of Year Sign Out: Check out will start at 9am on May 31st. Please have this form printed out. 2024 - 2025 Schedules: Yard Duty Schedule Adjunct Duty Schedule Room Assignments Yearbooks: Please review these expectations with your students: Yearbooks  may be brought back to school for the last week for class parties and recess, but the student is responsible for them  Make sure to have student's first and last name written in the  yearbook If you still want to purchase a  yearbook , they are available in the office Make sure you are writing appropriate things in other's  yearbooks Yearbook Signing: Yearbook signing will be Thursday, May 30th 8:30am - 9. We know with end of the year festivities, there may be conflicts so if you need to skip, that is fine too . We will gather in the courtyard in front of the outdoor stage.
