Smart Watches: Please remind your students that they are not allowed to use their personal mobile devices (including phones, smart watches, bluetooth headphones (such as AirPods), and personal tablets) once they have entered campus for the instructional day, and they cannot resume their use until after the bells rings for the end of the day. Devices should be in backpacks while they are on campus.

Parent Communication: Include PBIS slide in first weeks parent email to families

Back to School Night Survey - Teachers, please make sure you have given me you input

All teachers:  Run a Powerteacher Suspension Report as your notification for any prior Ed Code violations that resulted in suspensions for students on your rosters

Raptor Update: Log in to Raptor in order to ensure you are up to date with the app (phone and/or iPad) 
    • When you first log in, you will be prompted to authenticate it. If you need assistance, please refer to this article on Zendesk. 

  • Please know that you do not need to download a new app on the iPad as the Google Authenticator app is already on all school iPads. 

  • Please also make sure you have notifications enabled for critical alerts.

Park Use: If you are planning to take your class to the park, please communicate with your families in advance to share the plan and provide them with the opportunity to opt out.

Happy Birthday - Amy 10/29, Heather, Lisa and Michelle 10/30 Early Pick-up procedure: TK and Kindergarten: When a student in TK or Kinder is leaving early, an adult will come directly to the classroom to pick up the student and escort them back to the office. 1st through 5th Grade: For students in 1st–5th grade, the office will call the classroom, and the student who is leaving should be accompanied by a responsible fellow student to the office for check-out.
