INFORMATION & ANNOUNCEMENTS:




Library: 
May 22nd-June 5th- Curriculum check- in and Materials Checklist will need to be done. Material checklist will be in your boxes by May 19th. If you are leaving the site or moving grades, Sierra will reach out to you individually to set a check in/check-out date.


Check out: CLICK HERE  for end of year check out sheet. Richard and I will be coming around to classes starting around 9.

*******Reminder: This is the time of year where weekly expectation revisits are beneficial. We want all kids to end the year strong and successful. They can do that with regular and deliberate conversations. 

*Report Card Timeline Information
  • Grades submitted no later than 8AM June 2nd. Michelle will run a preview.
  • A final report card will be run on June 5th and printed
  • Report Cards will be emailed home on June 6th
  • Report Cards must be filed in cumulative folders by check out day.

Thank you: Great job to the First Responder's Team and Field Day Teams for working so hard provide these opportunites for our kids and community!! Nicely done!

Technology EOY:

Ziploc Bag Distribution

  • Each teacher will be provided one Ziploc bag for their current room.

  • Teachers are required to place their iPad, Apple TV, charging bricks, charging cables, and remotes (both Apple TV and TV) inside the Ziploc bag.

  • Each Ziploc bag should be clearly labeled with their respective current Room #.


Teachers will need to label the bags with their current Room #s.  Television, iPads, and Apple TVs’ must be secured in an alarmed classroom or library for the summer. Please work


Elementary Chromebooks - Secured; if locked in charging station or cart, teachers must inform Admin where keys are located - per principal’s directions. Admin will inform their site Information Systems Technician where the keys can be located.

Happy Birthday - Amy 10/29, Heather, Lisa and Michelle 10/30 Early Pick-up procedure: TK and Kindergarten: When a student in TK or Kinder is leaving early, an adult will come directly to the classroom to pick up the student and escort them back to the office. 1st through 5th Grade: For students in 1st–5th grade, the office will call the classroom, and the student who is leaving should be accompanied by a responsible fellow student to the office for check-out.
