INFORMATION & ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Library: We are on TRACK A for library the week of March 14th through 18th. 


Volunteer Sheet: Please enter your volunteers on this google doc. Michelle is handling all volunteer check in and clearance. Please check with her if you have any questions.

Custodial Schedule: Here is a copy of the night custodial schedule. CLICK HERE 




Care Room: Our hope is that the care room goes away soon, but in the meantime, please DO NOT send your student to the care room after 2:20 unless they are vomiting or other emergencies. By the time they get there and call home, the parent wouldn't get here until school gets out anyways.

*ELPAC Testing Spring: March 14th-23rd (7 total days of testing). Hopefully we won't have to use the 23rd, but we'll keep it as a testing date just in case. See email from Megan Burger on 3.3.22 for instructions.  

TOSA Corner: If you are looking for some extra math practice that is specific to OA, NBT, NF, MD, or G then using our Math Expressions Personal Math Trainer is a great way to assign that extra math practice. My fellow TOSA, Leslie Huey, did a 3 minute screencastify explaining how to assign an extra lesson. I love it when I can borrow/steal something from another teacher, so here’s the link:

Care Room Tracking: You no longer need send kids to the Care Room in the morning who are on your list for anything other than a positive Covid Test. Vacations, other illness, appointments, etc. are no longer needing office clearance to return to class. 


Field Trips: Remember that there's a process to field trips. There is a field trip packet that Crystal can help you with. Your volunteers MUST be approved and Category II with a clear COVID test within 72 hours or a show their vaccine card. 




Copies: The district is also starting to run low on paper. Please copy wisely. 

PBIS: Make sure to check out the data board in the staff room.
