PLC Meeting: 9.14.20 @ 2:25. Information surrounding school re-opening.

Masks: IMPORTANT Please remember that we are to wear masks when in a room with even one other person. Please always bring your masks with you around campus. If you need a face shield, please let me know and I will get you one. If you're by yourself in a room, you don't have to wear a mask, but if someone enters that rooms, please mask up. Thank you for helping keep our site safe.

Materials Pick up:
  • 9/17 12pm - 5:30pm
  • 9/18 7:30am - 12:30pm
Turn in trays: I understand many of you would like to have "Turn in" trays or baskets at materials pick up. Let's give it a shot. Please just keep in mind that there's not much room. Please mark your name clearly on your tray or basket. I will be working with Rich on finding a spot to put them that is consistent for families. I will let you know.

SSP: As you begin to think about students who may require intervention, it is important to follow the process of SAMs/SSMs. Updated data is required and it is crucial to start new documentation for this school year. Please let your teachers know to follow the process just like they did last year. Dedicate these next few weeks to looking at your most at-risk students from last year and checking in on them. For new students to the SSP process, it is recommended to start meeting for them during the week of October 5th. This gives teachers ample time to complete new data gathering. Keep in mind the SSP Facilitators first meetings is 9/22.

*Please always double-check with the OR Google Calendar as event may change.*
