Lunch Helpers for this week: Nope

*Library: Please remind your students to drop books off at the front of the office. between 7:00am - 2:30pm.

Field Trip $$$:  Grades K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th have grade level funds that were collected for field trips or programs. At this time since things were cancelled Rene' will be taking those funds and rolling them into the next grade level.  If a parent asks for a refund Rene' can refund them what they paid you, but you will need to advise her of that amount. At this point we are just hoping that most parents will consider it as donations and it will decrease their fee's for next year. Rene' will send out a grade level balance next week, so you are aware of what is rolling over for next year. If you have any questions, please see Rene'.

If you need to come to campus: We are still being directed to work from home as much as possible. I will be on campus...

  • Tuesdays 9-12pm
  • Wednesdays 9-3pm

Submitting Plans: We will stay with our Friday at 3:30 time and date. If you are ready sooner, you can always email me and Megan to look them over. Also, it really helps us out when an entire grade level is ready for review. So for example, when you guys have your plans done as a grade, we can look at one. If there's something you would like us to look at individually, just email us. 


Science Materials Pick-up:

Staff meetings: Moved to Wednesdays at 9am.

 Staff Video Picture: Due May 1st.

 Final Pick up: We have a couple of final things for pick up (materials and spring pics) as well as chrome drop off before the summer. So, we are trying to figure out one event to alleviate multiple days blah blah blah. As soon as we figure something out, we will let you know.
