Lunch Helpers for this week: Mr. Halseth's class. Click here for the lunch helper schedule! Please send the same 4-5 students this week to help in the lunchroom @ 12:00. Thank you.

HW Policy at OR: Found in page 12 of our student handbook

Orchard Ranch is a flexible homework school. If homework is assigned, it is meant to support work done within the classroom and is NOT counted for a grade or regularly collected. This is different than projects that may be assigned over time and may vary from teacher to teacher. We do have regular reading expectations at home that will be discussed by your child(s) teacher. If concerns arise regarding homework assignments, or the time spent on homework, please contact your student’s teacher.

Students will NOT have consequences for not completing homework.

Tweet of the Week
*Reminder: Please remember that your volunteers must be approved prior to coming in to help in the classroom. Thank you.

*Outside Tables: MDS will be graciously maintaining the concrete tables outside.

*Trash: We have added 6 more trash cans to the yard to help with trash at recess and lunch. Please talk with your kids about putting trash in the appropriate place.

**Yard Duty: Please remember to constantly move around the yard at your yard duty to ensure you're seen. If you need to use the restroom, please let another yard duty know.

*1st Impressions: Remember... 1st impressions are everything. Make sure to be welcoming and inviting. We want our entire community to feel like they belong here. We are their HOME school.
