Message from the district: The district officially sent out an email to ALL schools to have all paper removed from doors and windows. If you have questions, please let me know. I think magnetic sight words are ok. Effective immediately.

iReady Window: I ready window is now open. Please make sure ALL 2-5th grade students complete the assessment. Thank you.

*Recess/Lunch: 1) Students are not allowed to play any form of "Butt's Up". Just handball.
2)On Tuesday I will be in the lunchroom talking with the students about why it's
important to keep the Barn clean. I will be working with the MDS to enforce
picking up after yourself. It would be great if you could come by the Barn when
your classes lunch ends to help them clean and then release to recess. Thank
you.

**Emergency Plans: Please review our safety situations document HERE to be prepared.
Over the next 2 weeks we will be conducting a...
Duck & Cover Drill 2/21 @ 11am

*PLC Leadership: Topics for next meeting are...
  • Flexible Furniture
  • Playground Lockdown Procedures
  • RtI challenges/successes
*Leaving your room: You should also always have your walkie on duty or when you leave your classroom. This allows for us to better communicate with you if you're not in your classroom. Also, please vox or walkie your new location if it's somewhere other than your scheduled time. PE, music, etc. are already on the schedule, so no need to vox those out. Thank you.

Note: Dates may change. Please continue to double-check the google calendar to confirm dates.
